Privacy policy

Personal-data processing on grachtenfahrt-amsterdam.com. Updated: 21 October 2026.

Controller

Christoph, Loreleystraße 20, 50677 Köln, Deutschland. Telephone: +4917622379340. Email: christoph.kuestenweg(at)gmail.com. This policy applies to grachtenfahrt-amsterdam.com, not to other websites or linked booking platforms.

Data processing when you visit

Delivery through Lovable and its hosting infrastructure involves technical connection data, such as IP address, request time, requested page, browser details and status messages. These support delivery, stability and security. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, the legitimate interest in a secure, functioning website. Hosting providers may receive this data for delivery. Exact retention periods, subprocessors and processing locations depend on the actual hosting agreements; ask the controller for details.

Google Fonts

Figtree and Fraunces fonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. This connects your browser to Google and transmits your IP address and technical request data. For EEA users the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing in the USA cannot be ruled out. The purpose is consistent typography. Fonts currently load on page access without a prior consent prompt. The operator must review legality and any consent requirement. More information: https://policies.google.com/privacy .

Cookies, analytics and inputs

The current tour interface has no account, comment, newsletter or contact forms and does not integrate Google Analytics, AdSense, ConvertKit or social media plugins. Tour-finder answers stay temporarily in the open page's memory. This describes website features, not possible additional technical processing by the hosting provider. No bookings or payments are processed here.

Email enquiries

We process your email address, message and voluntary details to answer your enquiry. The basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual matters, otherwise Article 6(1)(f), our interest in responding. Our Gmail contact uses Google's email infrastructure, which also processes the message. Data is deleted once the matter is resolved unless statutory retention duties or justified reasons require further storage.

Your rights

Subject to legal conditions, you may request access (Article 15), correction (16), erasure (17), restriction (18) and portability (20 GDPR). You may object to legitimate-interest processing for reasons relating to your situation (21), and to direct marketing at any time. Consent may be withdrawn prospectively (7(3)). Contact the email address above.

Right to lodge a complaint

Under Article 77 GDPR you may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly where you live, work or believe an infringement occurred. For the controller in Cologne, the North Rhine-Westphalia authority is a possible contact: https://www.ldi.nrw.de .

Security and international transfers

The site uses HTTPS, but absolute transmission security cannot be guaranteed. Google services and hosting may involve recipients outside the EEA. Transfers require the conditions in Articles 44 onwards GDPR, such as an applicable adequacy decision or suitable safeguards. The operator must check the actual contractual basis; using a service does not establish it.
